Nutritional Advice
Each person has a different metabolism and very personal nutritional needs, based on age, body type, lifestyle, and how their body functions physiologically. Therefore, it is inaccurate to define in a generic way what is good to eat and what is bad, unless we are talking about highly processed or poor-quality substances.
It is important to carefully study individual foods to know how to combine them with each other and to determine whether they may be beneficial or harmful for the patient.
With a view to addressing pathologies with nutritional support, it has been discovered that foods have a specific therapeutic power—that is, they contain substances that activate one organic function rather than another.
According to nutritional biotherapy, it is possible to provide proper nutrition that treats problems such as gastritis, constipation, bloating, insomnia, and many other issues.
Since the visceral organs are immediately involved in digestion, the cooking method of foods also modifies their nutritional and therapeutic power, so this aspect must also be analyzed in the daily diet.

Postural Guidelines
To maintain correct posture, it is important to maintain daily muscular elasticity and fluid joint mobility, especially in the pathologically affected area.
In fact, after osteopathic treatment, my method includes postural guidelines to maintain at work, and specific exercises to increase the functionality of the treated area.
The help that each person can give their body daily has inestimable value, and must be promoted in the most effective way, with consistency and attention to detail.
It often happens that sports activity is not accompanied by corresponding stretching work, due to lack of time or because it is thought to have less value, and for this reason muscles tend to shorten and lose their proper tone. It is essential, instead, to maintain elasticity throughout the body that is appropriate for the person's age and lifestyle.
For this reason, I use postural guidelines and physical exercises concurrently with treatment, because I know the patient's joints and how they are able to move.
